Description:
Our client is looking for a candidate with solid technical writing skills to help us manage content, drive digital best-practices, and consult on integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Manage content for audiences, internal documentation, and client-based content advisors.
- 8 content writers on team, have a chat bot and a few engineers that manage chat bot
- Looking for additional help to make sure they have the right content for financial advisors of the chat bot
- Understanding AEM processes, with AEM experience or technical CMS experience
- Service and operational content, step by step, how to content, someone more marketing operational writing experience
