Marketing Specialist (Part-Time) - B2B Lead Generation Focus, North America

Position Overview
We are in search of a part-time, data-driven, and creatively inclined Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in B2B Lead Generation and demand creation, specifically within North America. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketer skilled in designing and executing performance-driven Lead Generation strategies across a variety of channels. Your work will be pivotal in generating qualified leads to boost sales through a mix of marketing automation, inbound and outbound initiatives, and comprehensive campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategically plan, develop, and execute ABM, demand generation campaigns, paid advertising initiatives, and automated marketing operations targeting B2B companies across North America.
· Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance inbound and outbound marketing efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging marketing analytics to report on key metrics including MQLs, target account engagement, conversion rates, SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), opportunities generated, and overall ROI.
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine the lead qualification process, enhance the sales cycle, and develop an effective lead scoring system that aligns with sales goals.
· Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners (freelancers, agencies) to achieve marketing objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on Lead Generation, demand creation, and marketing automation within the North American market.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive decisions based on data and performance metrics.
· Experience with digital marketing operations, PPC campaigns, ABM, and marketing analytics tools.
· Excellent project management abilities, capable of leading initiatives on time and within budget.
· Effective communicator with a collaborative spirit, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
