Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will assist with the planning, facilitation, and execution of all business-related strategies surrounding portfolio retention marketing. Candidate must be an energetic self -starter that thrives in a fast-paced growing environment. Upward mobility.
Essential Job Functions may include:
Responsible for the daily/weekly quality assurance of all portfolio related campaign files
Work with our internal creative agency to create and coordinate new marketing collateral for our various marketing channels
Communicate campaign updates/instructions to vendors and business partners, as it relates to their role in the customer retention funnel
Leverage analytics for campaign reporting as well as to identify marketing campaign trends. Upon discovery, effectively communicate findings and proposed actions plans to senior management
Other ad hoc duties as needed
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year College or University.
Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience within a corporate or agency environment.

Ability to read business journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of administrators, managers, employees, customers and/or the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and solve a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exists. Ability to intemperate a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Customer Service Relationships:
Assesses and diffuses problem situations and requires influencing others to reach consensus. Requires tact and diplomacy to handle difficult customer relationships. Explores alternatives and creative solutions to meeting the needs of customers.
