SalaryIn order to continually provide our members with the highest level of service, we are seeking an experienced, results oriented and service focused individual to join our Loan Administration team. This position will be a hybrid role working partly at home and partly at our corporate headquarters in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
The Loan Administration Specialist is responsible for accurately processing and servicing all Affinity commercial, consumer and home equity loans. Successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and auditing all loans booked through our core system and performing adjustments on loans when needed. Candidate will respond to questions from our members regarding the status of their loans and also be responsible ensuring the departmental procedures are up-to-date. Position will assist the Loan Servicing Manager in compiling and completion of monthly reports including: Equity Post Close, Rate Monitoring, End of Draw Report, etc.
General Requirements/Qualifications:
- 2 – 4 years of loan servicing experience required.
- Experience in a financial institution.
- Knowledge of Fiserv DNA and Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational & communication skills.
- Must be proficient in various technology software packages: nCino, Salesforce preferred.
- Dealer track experience preferred.
