Summary/Objective: We are looking for a detail-oriented Specialist to direct and monitor the flow of marketing materials and resources through the company. The coordinator’s responsibilities include tracking and disseminating information, creating schedules for the timely delivery of resources and materials, and identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate marketing initiatives to increase sales and engage customers

2. Manage marketing projects and analyze and report the outcome

3. Manage email campaigns, including contact database management, basic content creation, distribution and report and analyze results

4. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels through use of a digital asset management database / Digital and print asset

5. Act as a liaison between marketing and multiple departments to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction

6. Print materials

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2-4 years directly related experience required.

Experience:

Preferred:

· Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign

· Website management platform, like WordPress

· Digital Asset Management Software, like, SharePoint

· Project management software, like, Jira

Must have:

· Familiarity with an email marketing platform, like Mailchimp

· Experience working in a marketing role or administrative admin role

Competencies:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Analytical mindset with a focus on developing better solutions to problems

· Proven experience developing schedules and timelines for projects

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with numerous, overlapping priorities

· Ability to work with limited supervision

· Extraordinary attention to detail

· Computer Skills – Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working in Adobe.

· Mathematical/Logic/Reasoning Ability - Basic mathematical skills required in a typical office environment

Travel: Approximately <10% travel is expected
