Job Description Summary: Communications and Adoption Specialist Position Overview: The Communications and Adoption Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the successful adoption of new initiatives, technologies, and processes within our organization. This individual will lead communication efforts and develop strategies to ensure that key stakeholders are informed, engaged, and empowered to embrace change. Meet our team: As member of this team, you will interface daily with, internal teams, leadership, key stakeholders, and the PayPal community.

Job Description:

• Communication Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support the adoption of new initiatives, projects, and organizational changes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and develop targeted communication strategies to address their needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Content Development: Create engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including email newsletters, intranet portals, presentations, and digital signage.
• Change Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop change management strategies and tactics that support successful adoption and minimize resistance.
• Training and Education: Develop training materials, workshops, and resources to facilitate user adoption and proficiency with new technologies, processes, and tools.
• Feedback and Measurement: Collect feedback from stakeholders and users to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and Adoption efforts and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Internal Branding: Ensure consistency and alignment with the company's brand, values, and messaging across all communication channels and materials.
• Project Management: Manage communication and Adoption projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration by facilitating discussions, hosting forums, and promoting best practices across the organization.
• Vendor and Partner Relations: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources in support of communication and Adoption initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in communications, change management, or adoption roles, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and executing communication plans, including message development, channel selection, and audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, project management tools, and communication platforms.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse groups.
• Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.
