Marketing Specialist College Intern
Assist Marketing/Communications team with writing and design assignments, participate in development and execution of campaigns, and assist with events and branding activities.
Skills/Requirements:

• Writing & editing
• Microsoft Office
• Adobe Suite
• Basic photography
• No healthcare knowledge!
• Detail-oriented
• Currently enrolled in Marketing, PR, Business, Communications or related field of study
• Junior or Senior

Responsibilities:

• Aid Marketing/Communications Team in developing a campaign to promote a service of the hospital. Including:
  • Advertising & social media graphics
  • Press releases
  • Magazine page layout(s)
  • Radio ad
  • Any other materials as needed
  • Presentation of final campaign to Senior Leadership
• Co-host a podcast episode
• Create recognition posts (creative & messaging) on social media for the month
• Attend and cover a Board Meeting
• Layout The Wellness Center newsletter and/or Wall Seat Journal
• Other internal & external marketing assignments/materials as needed

• About our #Great manager:
  Also our Organizational Development Director, Brooke is our strategic thinker who motivates us to see how what we do fits into the big picture. She has worked at BBGH for over a decade, but don't worry, she's a cool grandma. She's our quarterback.
• About our #Great Internal Mkt/Comms Specialist:

Aubrie is our token Gen Zer, even though she embodies some Millennial traits. She gets the job done, no matter what it is. She has been in the Marketing Department at BBGH for over one year. She's our tight end, shout-out Travis Kelce (and Taylor, of course).

• About our #Great External Mkt/Comms Specialist:
  A current opening on our team- we're drafting, or looking into the transfer portal, or whatever you call it (we're not big football people, it was just the Super Bowl when we started this).
• About our #Great Lead Mkt/Comms Specialist:
  Shae is our janitor aka she has worked in the Marketing Department at BBGH the longest (over 5 years) and has filed away most of the information either within our folders or the dark corners of her brain.

Must provide Immunizations and current Influenza vaccination records. All offers of employment are subject to a background check and drug screen. EOE.
