SCI has office locations in Missouri, Illinois, Texas, and Colorado and seeking a qualified Marketing Specialist within the St. Louis, Missouri region.
We specialize in Geotechnical, Environmental, Natural Resources, Cultural Resources and Construction Material Testing services.
SCI is looking for a collaborative and passionate Marketing Specialist who can cover a variety of internal and external marketing needs, including but not limited to preparing Statement of Qualifications (SOQs), generating professional resumes, and composing outgoing marketing messages. This position requires collaboration with technical team members to develop content for proposal requests using graphic designing software and word processing programs. The successful candidate will also work closely with the business development and proposal team to generate various marketing and branding collateral (e.g. banners, promotional items, etc.) as well as maintain content for the company's website and social media efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop internal and external press releases, advertisements and other marketing materials.
- Generate content for professional resumes and statement of qualifications;
- Manage company social media image and communication.
- Maintain company website.
- Prepare collateral for supporting company's involvement in industry conferences.
- Maintain promotional materials.
Requirements

Desired
- Knowledge of photo and video editing.
- Technical Capacity MS Office Suite (i.e., Publisher, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and the Adobe Suite of products
- Experience with Wordpress website platform.
- Experience with managing social media sites including LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Related experience in the marketing and/or architect, engineering and construction (A/E/C) industry.
Physical Demands
- Lifting of some light-weight packages and hiring-event display equipment. Requires the ability to carry banner displays and bend or stand as necessary.
