Humarq employees enjoy a collaborative environment that rewards hard work. We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our marketing and advertising services for small businesses. This is a fully remote position with a 100% commission-based compensation structure for the first 3-6 months. After 3-6 months of success in this role, you will receive a generous, six-figure base salary plus residual commissions and bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and target potential clients through various marketing channels, including email campaigns, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, campaigns, and materials to support sales efforts.
• Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and overall performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience selling marketing and advertising to small businesses, preferably in a remote role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• You must have marketing or advertising sales experience
