Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Establish and maintain positive, long-term business and customer relationships.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and other events to engage with existing and prospective clients.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, emails, direct mail, website content, and social media content to drive lead generation and customer retention.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage SEO effectively.
- Conduct research on potential clients or target markets to identify their interests and needs.
Qualifications
- A BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong tactical marketing skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership and execute plans independently.
- Experience in the Landscaping/Horticulture industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated.
