Customer Service Representative (Full Time/ Part Time)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Works with all customers to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for one and all.

• Ensures a timely response to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.

• Responsible for suggesting and taking care of customer needs

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• A self- starter with problem solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to prioritize work and multi task in a fast paced environment

• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
