Job description

Accelo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Programs Manager to join our marketing team. In this role you will own, build, and execute Marketing Programs, such as email marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, and events to accelerate customer acquisition, increase engagement, drive retention, and ultimately drive more revenue for Accelo. The role is part of the growth marketing team and involves closely partnering with the content and the customer success teams to drive the programs. Your primary focus will be implementing prospecting and customer marketing emails, newsletters, webinars, association partnerships etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing Programs, marketing automation tools, data analytics, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results. What you'll do at Accelo:

  • Own and manage all of our email marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, and event programs
  • Drive all promotional email Marketing Programs, newsletters, webinar invitations, events to increase new revenue acquisition
  • Manage our webinar program with the content and solution consultants teams, ensuring it is aligned with our integrated campaign calendar
  • Continuously improve all our customer lifecycle/nurturing email programs
  • Partner with customer success and drive the sourcing of new case studies and G2 reviews from our existing base of customers
  • Partner with content marketing to create and promote these case studies
  • Promote our integrated marketing campaigns to our prospect and customer databases
  • Manage our prospecting and customer databases, ensure data is clean and continuously improve its quality
  • Create new strategies to continuously grow our email lists and overall reach
  • Manage our field marketing events when needed
  • Partner with sales on ad hoc marketing campaigns (e.g. special promotions)
  • Manage our suppliers and partners on a daily basis
  • This role reports to our Director of Growth Marketing

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • 4 - 6 years experience as a Marketing Programs, growth manager or customer marketing role in an agency or a fast growing SaaS business
  • Experience managing Marketing Programs such as email marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing and events to hit revenue growth goals
  • Proven high volume campaign execution, you have a track record of hitting aggressive growth goals leveraging a diverse set of channels and tactics
  • Hubspot expert and knowledge of solutions like Chili Piper, Apollo, and G2
  • Highly data-driven, experience with analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, but also collaborative and able to work with a great marketing team
  • Confident and adaptable, passionate about Accelo's solutions, and working in a fast-paced environment
