The Field Marketing Program Manager will collaborate with the Boost Mobile Creative and Brand team, Direct Distribution Partners, and Field Operations within the Field Marketing team. This unique hybrid role not only supports local Field Marketing initiatives but also encompasses day-to-day responsibilities for specific Marketing program management. The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, spanning across Boost Mobile and the broader Dish organizations.
This position provides the candidate with the opportunity and autonomy to enhance efficiency and boost productivity. Responsibilities include improving and developing processes within the Coop program and actively engaging stakeholders for Creative Resources.
- Building key relationships with market teams and other wireless groups is a necessity

- Investigate issues and offer accurate and timely responses

- Provide operational support to the Local Marketing team
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in Field Marketing, program management, or a related role, preferably in the telecommunications or wireless industry
- Demonstrated success in managing Marketing Programs and campaigns, with a focus on driving retail initiatives and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Proven experience in managing general inquiries for the Creative and Coop program
- Demonstrated success in developing overarching marketing campaigns to drive retail
- Ability to resolve issues at leased sites
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships with market teams and other wireless groups
- Proven ability to enhance efficiency and boost productivity
- Experience in improving and developing processes within the Coop program
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Provide reporting, visibility, and feedback to stakeholders
- Timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues
- Excellent facilitation skills to lead collaborative efforts within a fast-paced environment

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
