Job description

Redaptive is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Senior Manager of Program Management to join our Delivery team. Redaptive Program Managers focus on developing and executing a program's internal and customer objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with Core Team Members to successfully implement services contracted by our customers.  

For each program, your team will be the customer interface on behalf of Redaptive to deliver the strategic program. This person will define the success metrics and oversee the execution of those metrics. You will also interact with new and existing customers regularly, supervise employees and external consultants, plan and administer the budget, control contract values and revenue, direct internal teams on how to help customers best and implement practices to enhance customer satisfaction. The position reports to the Director of Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
    • Manages a team to execute and complete assignments and programs. Analyze business impacts and provide leadership to help risk management, leveraging internal project management tools, technology, and analytics.
    • Work directly with customers and internal customer account teams, including sales executives and others, to develop, manage, and execute programs.
    • Sets standards and processes for the team and program and ensures all constituent projects' adherence.
    • Set team objectives showing measurable KPIs and performance objectives.
    • Establish and maintain the ongoing upkeep of the program roadmap from pilot to full enterprise rollout.
    • Document operational risks, impacts, tasks, and reporting to upper-level management.  Escalate as required to remove all barriers to meet the program deliverables.
    • Ensure alignment of project scope and schedule to meet program objectives.
    • Establish an efficient program communications plan and tracking and reporting system; Manage program-level reporting and communications up, down, and across the program structure.
    • Directs ongoing reviews and assessments of the program's health, including project status reviews regularly; proactively and aggressively manages program risks and implements effective mitigation plans; assists program coordinators in removing roadblocks.
    • Develops unified program and project plans that assess multiple deliverables while mitigating program risks and meeting project objectives, including gap assessment and risk mitigation. 
    • Organizes team roles and evaluates employee performance, as well as sets weekly team and one-on-one meetings.
    • Measure employee performance and KPI performance while setting quarterly and yearly review assessments.
    • Assist with new employee onboarding and training program.
Requirements/Qualifications
    • 8-10+ years in project and Program Management, preferably in the energy efficiency sector
    • PMP certification (preferred)
    • In-depth knowledge of large product and program deployments
    • Excellent leadership and consulting skills
    • Solving Strategic problems with effective decision-making
    • Budget Management, Vendor Management, Contract Competency
    • Inherently detailed with a risk management mindset
    • Excellent critical thinking and effective time management skills
    • Business writing and presentation skills

    • Office Suite knowledge (Outlook/ Office 365, Excel, Word, PPT, MS Project)
    • An ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation setup, amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
