What you will do:
The Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing Hispanic marketing strategies, with a focus on digital communication, branch engagement and live events. This position will work cross-functionally with other marketing teams (Brand, Digital, Market Research, etc.) to help build out core projects. This will require a strong ability to project manage and the capability to complete multiple projects with minimal oversight. We are seeking a strong leader to help us expand our presence with
Spanish-speaking contractors. The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Director of Marketing.
- Develop, assist, and manage the execution of key Beacon internal and external strategic promotions, specifically targeting Hispanic contractors.
- Support the Sales and Operations teams at Beacon through strategic tactics and key projects. Key project examples could include:
- Develop Hispanic sales tools and materials.
- Develop strategic promotions that drive trial and growth of targeted customers; includes development of creative ideas, management, execution, and after-action analysis.
- Addressing local / regional sales opportunities through key tactics
- Assist in the development and execution of conferences and events targeting the Hispanic customer base, both current and prospective.
- Work with key manufacturers (GAF, OC, CertainTeed, etc.) to develop co-managed programs.
- Plan and execute events for new customers as entry point marketing.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 100% fluency in written and conversational Spanish with translation capabilities.
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing or related skillset
- Proven ability to develop plans, , execute strategies, and deliver projects on time.
- Strong project management skills
- Highly Capable of working and excelling in a cross-functional environment
- Experience with Spanish-speaking consumers / customers
- Proficient skill with Computer Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
