Exciting Opportunity:Marketing Operations Manager with HubSpot Expertise
We are on the lookout for a Marketing Operations Manager, with a particular focus on HubSpot expertise, to play a pivotal role in our marketing and sales integration.
What You’ll Do:
· Deeply analyze and optimize our existing HubSpot CRM to enhance efficiency and performance.
· Lead the development and implementation of a sophisticated marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot and other sales tools.
· Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies, utilizing our extensive content resources like e-books and blog posts.
· Oversee the transition and upgrade of our marketing processes to more advanced, scalable solutions within HubSpot.
· Establish and monitor key marketing metrics within HubSpot, assessing the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
· Collaborate closely with sales and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, using HubSpot as the central platform.
How Success Will Be Measured in This Role:
· Mastery in optimizing and leveraging HubSpot for marketing and sales synergy.
· Successful deployment and integration of a comprehensive marketing tech stack with a focus on HubSpot.
· Effective use of content and campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention within the HubSpot ecosystem.
· Achievement of key marketing and sales performance indicators within HubSpot, demonstrating tangible business outcomes.
You’re a Great Fit if You Have:
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong preference for experience in the SaaS or tech industry.
· Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM, with experience in optimizing its features for business growth.
· Background in Marketing Operations, especially in a B2B SaaS environment.
· Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies within HubSpot.
· Strong analytical skills, particularly within HubSpot, to derive insights and inform strategy.
· Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional work.
· A proactive and self-driven approach, with a continuous learning mindset and a passion for marketing technology, especially HubSpot.
