Role Summary:
As the Marketing Manager - Lead/Demand Generation at Kiln, your primary goal is to strategically generate high-quality leads and foster inbound interest in our coworking and flexible office spaces. You'll design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging a mix of online and offline channels to maximize lead acquisition. The role requires a deep understanding of Lead Generation tactics across both B2B and B2C markets, the coworking/office industry, and market trends, and the ability to translate Kiln's unique value proposition into compelling marketing strategies and messages. You have a desire to be a game changer and to help revolutionize the coworking and flexible office space industry, where you will play a critical role in helping to attract the core members that will be pivotal in shaping the future of workspace solutions.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement a Lead Generation strategy to drive high-quality membership leads (from enterprise, SMEs, startups/early stage companies, and solopreneurs/individuals) as well as meeting room and event clients for multiple Kiln sites.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional channels to reach and engage our target audience.
- Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes, ensuring timely and personalized communication with potential clients.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Event Lead Generation: Work closely with Member Experience and Community teams to continuously refine the way we capture and nurture leads coming through our events.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate partnerships that enhance Lead Generation efforts, such as collaborations with industry influencers, businesses, and organizations.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to help direct creation of relevant content that resonates with our target audience and drives lead acquisition.
- Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all campaigns in the competitive coworking landscape.

Ideal Experience and Skills:
- 4+ Years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and performance marketing demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Experience in the hospitality or coworking and flexible office space industry is preferred, but not required.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, driving measurable results.
- Data-Driven Approach: Exceptional analytical skills, utilizing tools like hubspot, zapier, analytics and others to drive insights and make informed decisions.
- Creative Thinking: Possess a creative mindset to develop innovative campaigns that set Kiln apart in the crowded market.
- Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams and alignment with Kiln's unique brand proposition.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: An innate ability to empathize with customers, ensuring that marketing initiatives resonate with the target audience.
