- Manages the Sinclair Brand Excellence Program in its entirety. I.e. relationship with Ipsos, shop cure process, program modifications, field recommendations, etc.
- Develops and manages new programs and processes to maintain and grow “high-quality” representative fuel locations.
- Develops and manages fiberglass dinosaur “Dino” ordering program.
- Develops and manages dinosaur “Dino” maintenance and replacement program.
- Manages and develops shipping logistics relationships for fiberglass dinosaurs and other items shipped to stations as part of Consumer Excellence programs.
- Develops and oversees fulfillment of “Welcome Kits” or packages containing items for grand openings and Brand Excellence compliance.
- Trains sales representatives and distributor/dealer personnel on Consumer Excellence programs such as Brand Excellence.
- Oversees sales representative/field “Steering Committee” and execute on feedback received.
- Maintains open communication channel with sales representatives to understand competitive landscape of secret shop programs and distributor/Executive Distributor Council expectations.
- Provides support to Marketing Operations Team.
- May lead subordinate(s) as programs and needs develop.
