Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm - 4pm, OT as needed

Job responsibilities: Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
Essential Functions:
Receive telephone calls and visitors; handle routine matters personally and route non-routine business to proper staff for consideration
Maintain calendar and schedule appointments
Act as liaison between manager and other center/ career connections staff
Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties: prepare special reports; maintain files, records and statistical data; make travel arrangements; Perform secretarial duties including word processing and typing of correspondence and other materials.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year related experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
