Role Description
ACE Hospitality Group is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies across all venues. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing marketing data, building relationships with media outlets and partners, and managing a team of marketing professionals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for leading a team in strategic planning, delivering and executing all marketing programs – including TV, Radio, newspaper, direct mail, email, collateral, street, digital, social, direct mail, mobile applications, photography and website.
- Develop calendar promotions.
- Work effectively with other department heads, to fully review and develop all action plans related to promotions to ensure all aspects of the promotion are executed fully and successfully.
- Work with vendors and agencies to manage creative process through final implementation, including production, photoshoots for TV and print.
- Responsible for execution of all promotions, special holiday promotions utilizing various media including print, broadcast, outdoor and internal collateral pieces.
- Negotiate all print, outdoor, photography, videography, and other media, enhancing value-added opportunities while controlling costs.
- Work with Operations and Leadership to strategically plan local budgets and/or accruals versus sales projections to accurately keep venue budgets in check.
- Create, implement and review analytics of local promotions.
- Responsible for leading and executing the overall branding for the properties on a local & national level.

- Basic knowledge of media buying, print, broadcast (TV, Radio & Cable), digital, outdoor, transit, social media, Photography/videography, and direct mail.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in nightclub/bar/lounge marketing, nightlife event planning and execution, or nightclub/bar/lounge loyalty marketing is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2+ years nightclub/bar/lounge Experience is required.
- Marketing experience of at least 4 years.
- Strong research and financial skills.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Excellent written, interpersonal and communications skills including presentations.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
