As our Marketing, Digital, and Design Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns and digital strategies and creating design assets. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Operations to ensure that all strategies and outputs are aligned with the overall brand strategy. This position will also present key areas of opportunities to optimize traction with the community, fans, and any other external audience. WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU: - Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred. - Have strong proficiency using graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Possess strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization. - Have experience analyzing data to measure success of marketing campaigns to inform decision making. - Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, working effectively in both independent and team settings. - Possess a strong ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing campaigns and digital assets. - Exhibit strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality design and campaigns. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress for web design and development is a plus.
