The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and deploying messaging across multiple digital and non-digital channels.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Tasks:
- Communicate our brand in a positive, authentic way that will improve engagement and conversion.
- Review and evaluate the return on investment of existing marketing efforts across channels and pitch new and innovative ideas to amplify the brand and drive higher quality leads.
- Define and analyze paid, owned and organic metrics and use that data to tell success stories and build best practices for future marketing strategies.
- Design, develop and deploy successful email and automation campaigns to drive leads.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- BA/MA degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related discipline.
- 2 or more years of experience in this or similar role
- Must be experienced in email platforms and automation, social posting and platforms, website CMS, and Google Analytics
- Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining flexibility; thinking through strategy and execution from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
