Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Manage, create, and ensure the execution of a comprehensive social media content calendar.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
Oversee community management and interaction across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Generate creative and engaging content for property listings, open houses, virtual tours, and all other real estate updates.
Website Management
Take responsibility for managing and updating the team's website.
Identify SEO and AdWord optimizations based on analytics and execute necessary improvements.
Brand Consistency
Develop a social media style guide that effectively elevates the Chris Fritch Team's brand on various social media channels.
Ensure that the Chris Fritch Team's visual identity, style guide, and brand voice are consistently and strategically applied in all social media and digital media activities.
Campaign Coordination
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Lead Generation Expertise
Design, create, and manage online lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and enhance the team's client acquisition efforts.
Implement strategies for lead nurturing and conversion, optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of lead generation campaigns and make informed adjustments to improve results.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead quality and continuously refine targeting strategies.
Event Coordination
Support the planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person, to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate promotional materials and activities for events.
Market Research
Stay up to speed on social media best practices, test, recommend, and implement changes accordingly.
Stay abreast of emerging digital media tools, generative AI, and related technologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Collaboration and Communication
Coach internal partners on brand standards and effective social media strategies.
Collaborate with team members to generate, edit, optimize, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community engagement.
Collaborate with team members to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a unified approach to marketing initiatives, while helping them build their own brand.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Reviews and Reputation Management
Manage efforts to build online reviews and testimonials and proactively handle reputation management.
Analytics and Measurement
Develop measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of social media and digital advertising effort
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social media, communications, journalism, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and/or communications.
- Proven track record of managing organizational social media channels, including the ability to create consistent branded content (e.g. digital ads and graphics).
- Demonstrated ability to create, implement, analyze, and optimize a social media strategy based on goals, audience needs/interests and social media best practices.
- Technical proficiency to leverage the latest social media tools, including the use of reporting tools, analytics, and scheduling assistants (e.g. Sprout Social).
- Highly collaborative style with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team, administrative staff, and the public.
- Excellent organization, project management, and communication skills (verbal, listening, and writing).
- Experience with Canva, InShot, Capcut, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or equivalent digital media software, graphic design tools, and video editing applications.
