Relocation Coordinator - Bilingual Somali Preferred

The primary purpose of this position is to manage tenant relocations for MPHA including moves on site, moves off site, and moves back to the building upon completion of construction. The incumbent ensures adherence to applicable policies, procedures, lease provisions, RAD requirements, and the Uniform Relocation Act. The incumbent works with residents and staff to resolve concerns related to relocation plans.
