Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts
- Manage and update company website
- Create compelling training videos and materials that support our training programs. Ensure content is informative, engaging, and aligned with our brand values.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
- Work closely with local marketing firms to develop and implement marketing campaigns. Serve as the primary liaison between our company and external marketing partners.
- Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses for marketing activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of budgeting principles
