- Leads the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Partners with other areas to develop and measure campaign implementation and performance.
- Oversees the development of marketing collateral and assets across channels.
- Develops solutions and recommendations to solve challenges.
- Guiding analytical work to support consumer insight and strategy development.
- Identifying customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- Using predictive analytics and models to create targeting strategies.
- Leveraging CRM tools to build and optimize omni-channel campaigns.
- Developing strategic plans and driving programs to measurable success.
- Creating powerful stories for leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
- Health or managed care experience preferred.
- Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
