Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Content Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Social Media presence, creating, and coordinating engaging content, and overseeing our network of brand ambassadors and affiliates. This role requires a strong understanding of Social Media platforms, content management, and influencer marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Create high-quality, compelling content for various Social Media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok.
  • Plan and execute Social Media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze Social Media performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Manage relationships with brand ambassadors and affiliates, providing guidance, support, and resources to maximize their impact.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential brand ambassadors and affiliates to expand our network and reach new audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Social Media best practices, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate Social Media efforts with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of branded content, including product reviews, tutorials, and user-generated content.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Social Media accounts for a consumer brand.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in Social Media management tools, analytics platforms, and Content creation software.
  • Experience developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic photography and video skills for capturing visual content.

Additional Skill Sets:

Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

Video Production and Editing: Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or app programs such as Splice.

Community Management: Ability to monitor and engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Paid Social Advertising: Knowledge of paid social advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Influencer Outreach and Collaboration: Experience in identifying and partnering with relevant influencers and Content creators.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics or Social Media analytics platforms.

Brand Storytelling: Ability to develop and communicate compelling brand narratives and storytelling techniques.

Cross-Channel Integration: Experience in integrating Social Media efforts with other marketing channels.

Crisis Management: Skills in handling sensitive situations or negative feedback on Social Media channels.

Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to evolving trends and changes in Social Media algorithms and platforms.
