SalaryJob Description: As the Bosnian Community employee
represents Active Life within the community they serve. Employee is to
maintain and grow the Bosnian community with in the Day center and Attendant Care
atmosphere.
Qualifications:

- Ability to manage multiple task at once
- Interest and desire to work with seniors
- Great Communication Skills
- Fluent in Bosnian/English
- Above 18 years old
- Authorized to work in US
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the relationship between community and Active LIfe
ADHC is in great standing. Communicates with appropriate department any
issues that arise.
- Works to generate new clients and enroll them into the
services we provide. Also assists in any events that Active Life ADHC
participates in.
- Works alongside Attendant Care department to find and replace caregivers that
speak the appropriate languages that our participants require.
- Works alongside Attendant Care department to train and answer any questions
that caregivers might have.
- Conduct monthly quality assurance calls to ensure that participant is happy with
the attendant care services that he or she is receiving.
- Assist participants in the community maintain proper Medicaid Benefits that are
needed to maintain HCB waiver.
- Arranges and Conducts annual reassessment with Medicaid appointed nurse.
- Employee responsible for daily attendance and growth of the Bosnian
Community at the Day Center.
- Activity Coordinator will schedule all of the monthly activities that clients will
participate in.
- Preforms other work related duties assigned by management.
