JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, as well as the Marketing & Digital Manager, on an array of marketing-related tasks and strategy implementation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.
• Assist with planning, proofing, brainstorming, and implementing advertising campaigns.
• Assist with processing invoices.
• Help create PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop marketing reports, noting metrics to measure the success of the campaigns.
• Assist with writing needs and knowledge of AP Style (e.g., press releases, miscellaneous marketing collateral, blog posts, digital content and social ads).
• In tune with social media trends.
• Brand management: Monitor the appropriate execution of Brand identities in all media formats.
• Research for new projects.
• Help with daily marketing functions, as well as manage ad hoc advertising initiatives with assistance from the CMO.
• Assist with proofing ads, communication materials and presentations for accuracy and consistency.
• Key organizer of new urgent care center rollout.
• Assist with market research projects.
• Ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities through administrative tasks.
• Work with marketing vendors, as needed, to manage production.
• Responsible for adding and approving Patient Point screen content.
• Assist with special projects: As assigned by Chief Marketing and Communications Officer.
• Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or advertising
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience
• Healthcare experience and/or ad agency experience a plus
• Excel at vendor management
• Strong writing and proofing skills
• Acute knowledge of traditional and non-traditional advertising, as well as social media platforms
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Full time. No travel is required. Hybrid work schedule (60% in office; 40% in home office).
