Marketing Coordinator

Our partner is currently searching for a Marketing Coordinator based in Denver, CO. As a valuable member of the Go to Market team, this role entails executing campaign, content, and event strategies across industry and service line verticals. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement various experiential, content, and digital tactics.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing team members, internal creative studio, channel owners, stakeholders, and other firm groups to execute assigned programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate task execution using various marketing technologies and project management tools.
• Plan and implement assigned events and sponsorship projects, maintaining relationships with external partners/associations.
• Create and edit content for marketing campaigns, including writing promotional copy and selecting images.
• Support the implementation of multi-channel campaigns to engage and nurture audiences and drive demand.
• Facilitate the distribution of digital communications, including setting up campaigns and marketing lists in CRM and Marketo.
• Maintain expert knowledge in CRM and provide training to practice staff.
• Support data analysis and reporting around campaigns, webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Traffic workflows for marketing collateral and communications, overseeing edits, changes, and approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or related subject.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, including internships or volunteer positions during degree pursuit.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team player and collaborator.
• Working knowledge of common software applications and digital tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, ON24 platforms, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation software is a plus.
• Limited travel required.
