Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in executing and coordinating various marketing activities. This position requires a versatile individual with strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.

The role

1. Campaign Coordination:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Project manage marketing/public relations projects on time and on budget
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

2. Content Development:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to design marketing collateral, including social media posts, blog posts, videos, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Manage email marketing service and draft/send routine email newsletters to stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.

3. Event Management:

• Plan and coordinate marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Manage logistics, timelines, and communication to ensure successful event execution.

4. Digital Marketing & Earned Media:

• Support digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
• Manage earned media schedule and internal coordination.
• Write press releases and copy for print and online media.
• Assist in management of Whitefox website, copy writing, and light website programming.
• Assist in the development and execution of SEO and SEM strategies.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, providing actionable insights.

6. Collaboration:

• Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing materials.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Assist in brand management.

7. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

8. Administrative Support:

• Assist in budget management, invoice processing, CRM management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain organized documentation of marketing materials and assets.
• Other related duties as requested.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in graphic design and content management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools, such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel to client sites and conferences.
• Familiarity with technical writing is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
