Your skill set.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate within a creative team environment
- Talented in writing and storytelling with strong editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to utilize time management, organization, and prioritization skills to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
- Thrive on deadline driven activity, juggling multiple priorities while toggling between working independently and within a team.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative with strong graphic design sensibilities
- Strong desire to learn and take ownership of projects
- Coordinating the proposal process ensuring the final submission is of superior quality and submitted on time
- Working closely with a diverse creative team to develop high-quality qualification packages, proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Managing and creating social media and website content
- Writing, editing, and producing marketing content in alignment with company brand standards
- Research and produce technical documents
- Managing databases of information used in proposals and marketing materials
- Organizing the photography library and assisting in photography-related projects
- Coordinating award entries including research, writing, layout, and production
