Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Coordinator – Reporting and Campaign Evaluation, you will play a critical role in analyzing the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and providing actionable insights to optimize performance. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various marketing channels to assess the success of our initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive reports and presentations that inform strategic decision-making.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
- Develop and implement reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create insightful reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives on overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and reporting.

Qualifications:In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or a similar role.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 5% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
