Marketing Coordinator

Coordinate and participate in the development and deployment of external and internal marketing and communications activities in support of the services, programs, subsidiaries, joint ventures and partners of Hannibal Regional Healthcare System.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing or related field preferred
• Experience in healthcare marketing/communications highly preferred
• Possess business knowledge, customer service skills, and be able to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
• Proficiency with desktop publishing & design software tools (preferably Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and web publishing tools highly preferred
• Ability to write, design, layout and coordinate the production of marketing-related collateral materials (including brochures, flyers, newsletters, etc.) print advertisements, press releases and digital advertising essential
• Ability to design, write, layout and publish HRHS service information and content on HRHS websites, mircosites, landing pages and other digital assets required
• Ability to write, organize and deploy information on social media sites including Facebook and Twitter required
• Experience with video editing software (Avid, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut) preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation required
• Required problem solving skills include the ability to actively listen, use logic to identify strengths, weaknesses and solutions
• Skilled in creation of public relations materials, publications/press releases, internal/external organization newsletters, web content and collateral materials
• Demonstrated knowledge of photography required
• Ability to organize work and handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
