We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As Almond Cow’s Marketing Coordinator you will lead the charge of executing on a content strategy that drives traffic, engages visitors, and converts them into customers. You will be responsible for crafting interesting, well-researched content that’s relevant and fresh to our audience.
The successful candidate for this role is self-motivated, adaptable, and an amazing communicator. With your strong work ethic and attention to detail, you will create and publish high-quality content that makes a lasting impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support campaign processes and updates
- Contribute ideas and solutions to meet business objectives
- Attends and presents in team meetings and department calls
- Monitor activities of competitors and industry trends
- Identify trends to create storytelling opportunities as it relates to product to be leveraged in emails, blogs as well as onsite web content
- Assist with competitive market research
- Create and publish relevant, original, high-quality content
- Collaborate on a regular publishing schedule and promote content through email, blogs, social media, and other content marketing outlets.
- Provide accurate and timely project reporting on all content marketing activities

Must Haves
- 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Social Media, and/or other related fields
- Excellent short-form and long-form writing skills for online and print with experience in SEO best practices
- Solid grammar, editing, and proofreading capabilities
- Self-starter, not afraid to be scrappy and roll up your sleeves
- Detail oriented and comfortable taking an analytical approach to decision-making
- Ability to take direction and understand brand image
- Able to work independently and make things happen and can operate cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
Nice to Haves
- Experience in a retail, home goods, or fashion related industry is a plus
- Prior work experience with Shopiry, Clayvio, Kustomer, and/or Postcript
