We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Restaurant Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Restaurant Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our restaurant, attract new customers, and enhance brand awareness. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, managing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and analyzing marketing data to optimize performance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Act as a liaison with other departments and our restaurant teams ensuring flawless coordination and implementation of marketing programs to include: product, pricing, merchandising, production communications and distribution
- Aid in the communication and implementation of chef's specials promotions, menu changes, advertising initiatives and research projects
- Assist with development and implementation of social and digital marketing programs
- Work closely with email marketing partners to help drive KPIs
- Support Event, Catering and To-Go programs to include in-restaurant merchandising, pricing, product offering and promotion
- Coordinate print and production efficiencies across all Xperience Restaurant concepts
- Coordinate holiday marketing initiatives, such as Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day, Mexican Mother's Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas, gift cards and special event projects
- Secure competitive bids for all marketing projects to include menu merchandising, print production, photo shoots, bounce-back and holiday programs
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to management, optimizing marketing strategies accordingly.
- Lead administration of budget including processing invoices, monitoring expenses, and reconciling monthly expenditures
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, such as tastings, theme nights, and collaborations. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event implementation. Measure event success and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Ability to support multiple team members simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of the creative production process
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team-oriented; Must be highly organized
- Strong and effective communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Brand Marketing, Hospitality, Food-Service or related work experience is a plus
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 18+years of age
- BA in Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
