MARKETING COORDINATOR
The Marketing Coordinator plans and executes the organization’s marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives. Ensures the marketing strategies are organized to achieve the firm’s goals. The Marketing Coordinator will drive performance and growth with responsibility for marketing strategies. This position comes with excellent pay and benefits and the opportunity to earn multiples of the beginning salary within 5 to 10 years.
Responsibilities:
· Overall control of all marketing efforts for the purpose of new client acquisitions.
· Manage all social media presence and analytics: FB Ads manager, Face Book, Linked In, and Twitter. Provide updates to senior management on analytics as needed.
· Produce all audio-visual materials including podcasts and other video efforts for the firm.
· Managing Mailing List and the responsibility for solely entering all required updates and changes.
· Manage firm web site maintenance including updating performance, staff pictures and staff bios.
- Create and format intro-packs and other marketing materials to increase visibility and effectiveness.
- Generate intro-packs and letters for prospects and client referrals.
- Problem solving and creating new marketing ideas as per analytics.
- Track all client referrals and send and track all referrals and/or new client gifts.
- Add all new prospects/clients to the firm’s CRM system. Update records as needed.
- Track prospect asset gathering efforts through various spreadsheets and prospect communications.
- Work with the Client Service Team on implementation and planning of all events (seminars, lunches, presentations, etc.).
- Implement budget management and cost control, as it relates to the firm’s marketing plan.
- Complete a daily Work Log and submit it to management at the end of each workday.
- Generate intro-packs and letters for prospects and client referrals.
- Oversee the preparation and mailing of all client birthdays, anniversaries, and holiday cards.
- Prepare and mail get well/sympathy cards based on instance.
- Manage employee birthday/special events to prepare cards/gifts/cake as approved by Senior Management
- Schedule all outside advertising (Magazine ads, Radio ads, etc.) as approved by Senior Management.
- Facilitate all design aspects including but not limited to, Social Media Posts, Newspaper/Magazine Ads, Flyers, Invitations, Cards, etc.)
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to senior Management.
- Direct Marketing Interns by assigning daily tasks by 5:00 Pm the prior day, monitoring their workflow and production and providing direction and correction as needed.
Skills and Abilities:
- A degree in marketing, communication, public relations, business administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or related field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Self-motivated
- Attention to detail and completion of assigned projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong motivation and team management skills
- Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
