This position is responsible for….

The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage customers, and drive the commercial success of our product portfolio. S/he will be able to be a strategic and hands on leaders over our events, marketing, and communication teams. This role demands a blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical prowess combined with a deep understanding of the medical device marketplace. In this role, you will work on complex assignments where independent action, judgment, and a high degree of initiative are required.

Your day will be very busy… you will:

  • Develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth for our medical device products. Leading a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

 

  • Drives the strategy and execution of compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target market.

 

  • Direct the company's internal communications to ensure alignment with corporate goals and regulatory compliance.

 

  • Partners with product management to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences, including digital, social media, print, and events. This includes collaborating in developing and planning product and program launches.

 

  • Manages the events team to plan and execute trade shows and conferences that effectively showcase our products and amplify our messaging.

 

  • Monitors marketing performance metrics, analyzes data, and optimizes strategies to achieve business objectives.

 

  • Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and industry partners.

 

  • Interacts with external vendors (printers, agencies, freelancers) to develop marketing assets.

 

  • Coordinates with legal, compliance, and payer contracts to manage the corporate initiatives for our Patient Service Centers.

 

  • Manages budget and forecasting monthly. Oversee the planning, execution, and budget for the events and communication team and marketing projects, including collateral, graphics, photography, video, website, online campaigns, and social media.

 

  • Strategizes on the continued development of internal tools that enable business growth.

 

  • Leadership responsibilities include the selection, development, performance management, and continuous recalibration of staff; ensures appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation; performs administrative tasks associated with timekeeping, pay, performance, policy administration, and other matters related to employment.

 

  • Assesses staff and provides timely and consistent feedback regarding technical proficiency and effectiveness. Provides constructive feedback, guidance, and reinforcement to employees regarding job performance. Works with staff to identify work goals and create individual development plans and scorecards. Evaluates training programs to ensure content meets staff’s ongoing learning needs.

 What your background will be:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, with progressive responsibilities, in marketing or a related field is required.
  • Experience with hiring, managing, and developing a team and cross functional collaboration is required.
  • Proficient in using content management systems, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms is required.
  • Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling content is required.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines is required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia skills is preferred.
  • Experience in medical device industry is preferred.
  • Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, Power BI, MS Outlook, MS Office to include advanced skills Project, Word, Excel and the ability to produce presentation-ready slides in PowerPoint at the Executive team level. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.

Salary Range

$140,000.00 - $160,000.00
