Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Management:
- Build, execute, and manage multi-channel global marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Design, Video, and Web teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Own end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesion across programs to generate leads.
Cross-Functional Teamwork:
- Work with various teams to develop sales tools and go-to-market materials.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional content production project teams, providing guidance and fostering collaboration.
- Regularly review and update crisis management plans with the Brand Reputation Manager to reflect industry best practices.
- Develop and enforce brand messaging, communications guidelines, and style to ensure consistency across all content.
- Regularly review and update content to reflect the evolving voice and positioning of the brand.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
Content Creation and Management:
- Write, edit, and manage a range of marketing materials, including website content, emails, and social media posts.
- Design and implement brand communications congruent with brand positioning strategy.
- Adhere and enforce brand messaging and communications guidelines and styles.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication of materials across all platforms.
- Collaborate with design and marketing team to produce visually appealing and cohesive content.
Market Engagement and Analytics:
- Develop a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content for better engagement and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on content marketing trends and best practices, continuously evolving our strategies.
- Drive initiatives to participate in industry events, conferences, and quality summits.
- Monitor brand sentiments and develop responses with a cross-functional team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in digital events, webinars, trade shows, or sponsorship programs.
- Proven track record in producing successful demand generation and integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional project management skills, detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Professional ability to work with cross-functional teams, building momentum for campaigns with engaging follow-up activations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating and implementing both proactive and reactive communication campaigns.
- Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders during crisis situations.
