Marketing Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kevin Stengel - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Marketing Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer and/or prospective customer
• Dedication to investing in yourself

WHAT WE OFFER:
Salary plus Commission and Bonuses - Unlimited earning potential! Base Salary & Commision can combine to:

• $40,000 if you are mediocre
• $55,000 if you are good
• $70,000+ if you allow us to invest in you to be outstanding
