Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional administrative support. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing orders
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
