Kind-hearted miracle workers needed to perform doggie transformations daily. Must be able to coax a happy grin from the grumpiest of fur babies, while enduring traffic delays, hair in your coffee (and everywhere, really), dog bites, cat scratches, and a certain amount of pee… all with a smile.

Have you wanted to learn to groom, don’t know where to start? Our apprenticeship program is designed to allow people to learn to groom on a part time (20 hours per week) basis. After an initial training period, you’ll work one day each week on your own and one day with one of our experienced groomers. You’ll work one weekday plus Saturday each week. We expect that people may take on this role while working another part time job, so you’ll have plenty of notice about what weekday you’ll be on each week.
Pay is $16.85 per hour, plus overtime (10 hour days); plus tips on the days you work alone.
Must be good with people, enjoy working independently, and able to provide excellent customer service. No experience needed. Full training is provided. Some type of animal experience preferred. If you’ve been trained as a vet tech or a brusher bather, this is a natural fit, but some of our best people are ANIMAL LOVERs who previously worked in customer service, retail, and the restaurant industry. Our key employees have been with us over 5-10 years.
