We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing &Social Media Assistant you will be responsible for managing our Social Media accounts, developing engaging content, and implementing effective Social Media strategies. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate compelling content for various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, news, and feedback
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that align with brand guidelines
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform Social Media strategies
- Utilize Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in Social Media posts
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends and best practices
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing Social Media platforms for a brand or organization
- Strong understanding of Social Media marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Basic photography skills to capture visually appealing content
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free content
- Familiarity with advertising, public relations, e-commerce, and digital marketing concepts
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for engaging Social Media content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or Social Media.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
