About the Role
We are searching for a senior level Process Engineer for our plant in Spartanburg, SC USA.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain standardized work for operations
- Monitor and increase production quality and quantity
- Perform and manage CI projects
- Inquiry and procurement
- Project management
- Capacity planning in cooperation with production
- Planning and implementation of process developments and development of new technologies
- Completion of special projects and FMEAs
- Management of assigned employees
Who we are looking for
- Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of tool construction, robots, automation assembly and welding technology
- previous project management experience
- Experience in FMEA and problem solving techniques
- previous supervisory experience preferred
Your preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience as an engineer in manufacturing; or 5-7 years of experience as an engineer in manufacturing; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
