Position Title:Wedding Coordinator Assistant with SocialMedia and Sales Experience

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Wedding Coordinator Assistant with a focus on Social Media management and Sales support. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for couples while also helping to grow our brand through online platforms and Sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Assist in communicating with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations for their wedding day. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the planning process.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute engaging content strategies across various Social Media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and more. Create visually appealing posts, stories, and reels to showcase our services, portfolio, and client testimonials.
- Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos during weddings and events to share on Social Media and our website. Curate user-generated content and collaborate with photographers and videographers to highlight our work.
- Sales Support: Assist in generating leads and converting inquiries into bookings through effective sales strategies and follow-up communication. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Event Coordination: Support the Wedding Coordinators in executing flawless weddings and events, including setup, vendor coordination, timeline management, and on-site assistance as needed.
- Networking and Collaboration: Build relationships with industry vendors, influencers, and wedding professionals to expand our network and enhance our brand visibility. Participate in bridal shows, networking events, and community outreach initiatives to promote our services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wedding planning, event coordination, Social Media management, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Social Media platforms and content creation tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
