Normandy Remodeling is one of the largest home remodeling companies in the country, and still growing. We specialize in major home remodels and additions across Chicagoland with a reputation for high quality construction, exceptional customer service, and stunning design. Our company has been featured on the cover of magazines, earned dozens of design awards, and currently holds a 94% customer satisfaction rating.

Our marketing challenge is to help people along their journey of deciding what to do with their house, and who to trust with the work. This is where you come in.

As a member of a small team, you’ll get to flex your creative muscles in nearly every aspect of marketing, making each day a unique challenge. In this position you will be responsible for:

·         Writing blog articles, press releases & award entries

·         Creating short form videos

·         Social media content creation & management

·         Customer conversations about potential projects

·         Event coordination

You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing, who is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to make you an even stronger marketer. You’ll be given direction and guidance, as well as the freedom and autonomy to create your best work. Whether you want to sharpen your video creation skills, indulge your inner Hemmingway, or create graphic design layouts for print ads and emails, your passions and interests let you take an active role in your professional development.

What we’re looking for:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Public Relations

·         5+ years professional writing experience

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Experience with content creation software (ex: Adobe Suite)

·         Fluency in social media platforms

Three to four days per week, you’ll be at our Hinsdale office and Design Studio, working with our talented designers and architects to create content that helps and inspires our future customers. One to two days per week are available to work from home.

Occasional evenings and Saturdays are required for some events, but in exchange you’ll find a flexible comp-time structure that allows you to make the most of your time-off.
