About the role
As a Marketing and Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing marketing initiatives and Events to promote our brand, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for marketing, project management, and Event planning to make a significant impact in our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities
* Event Planning: Plan and coordinate all aspects of marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and promotional campaigns, from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experience.

* Marketing Campaigns: Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and print collateral, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

* Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, including event invitations, promotional flyers, social media posts, and email newsletters, that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.

* Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure services, negotiate contracts, and manage deliverables for events and marketing projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines.

* Attendee Registration: Manage attendee registration processes, including ticket sales, RSVP tracking, and attendee communications, using event management software and CRM systems to streamline workflows and capture data insights.

* Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodations, to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly and according to plan.

* Sponsorship Activation: Support the activation of sponsorship agreements and partnerships, collaborating with sponsors to fulfill contractual obligations and maximize brand exposure at events and marketing initiatives.

* Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis, gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders, and analyzing event metrics and ROI to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

* Budget Management: Assist in managing event and marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and reconciling invoices, to ensure cost control and accountability throughout the planning and execution process.

About you
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as required during event periods.
* Passion for marketing, events, and brand promotion, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for attendees and stakeholders.
