SALES JOB WITH CREATIVE OUTLET • We are excited to be offering a new and unique opportunity for the creative event planners with a busy New York City Shop! We have a beautiful flower shop in Chelsea that is the perfect boutique setting for small, intimate parties, events and workshops. We are looking for an Event Coordinator to manage this flourishing aspect of our business. While this position does require a strong sales personality, we also want to ensure that this person is willing to step into our space in a creative aspect and embrace the floral aspect of our business.
Position:
+ Hours are contingent on events and holidays
+ Base Pay starts at $25 per hour + Commission based on event bookings
Requirements: Must have 3+ years of sales experience & floral experience is a plus!
Must be organized, creative, energetic & forward-thinking problem-solvers who are able to prioritize and focus on the completion of tasks, with an attention to detail. Ability to deliver superior and personalized customer service is a must. Must be someone who is dependable, timely, cool under pressure and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
