Fors Marsh is seeking an intern. This individual would work in our Communication Campaign Research and Evaluation Labs division. This role is best suited for an individual who is a student or alumni of a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) or a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI).
Responsibilities include:

• Help monitor and maximize campaign metrics for future evaluation (monitoring for high-performing creatives
• Quality Assurance to identify and address data anomalies
• Assist in preparing presentations, memos, and reports showing the impact of our campaign and its media mix
• Build data visualizations and data storytelling
• Work in platforms like Google and Adobe Analytics to efficiently assess traffic
• Boost the effort of improving data quality on platforms like Tableau
• Collaborate with team members daily to work under tight deadlines to fulfill requests across teams
• Assist in notetaking on CCRE Meetings (Data Wizards, Data Wranglers, Team meetings)

Qualifications:

• Working towards a degree in public health, communication, marketing, advertising, psychology, or related field
• Historically Black College and University (HBCU) or Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) student or alumni
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability work both independently and with a team
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented
• Good critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of common web analytics platforms like Google and Adobe
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of math and statistics

Internship length: 6 months.
Hourly commitment: Full-time hours throughout the summer (June-August), part-time flexible hours (about 10 hours/week) in the fall (September through November).
Compensation:

• Bachelor's degree Only: $25/hour
• Working towards Masters: $25-30/hour
• Master's degree: $30/hour
• Working towards PhD: $30-$35/hour
