- Contribute to analytics projects, applying a wide range of methodologies, to support cross-departmental decision-making.
- Distribute, and analyze gameday customer satisfaction surveys
- Help other departments assess campaign effectiveness
- Provide sales and marketing teams with lists for targeted outreach with emphasis on reaching every fan in the ballpark
- Assist in MiLB reporting
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team
- All employees required to assist other departments as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Enrolled in college working towards a bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent. Candidates must be able to receive academic credit for this internship.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience managing data and reporting systems; SQL proficiency a plus
- Ability to extract key insights from large datasets and synthesize into recommendations for leadership
- Proficiency in data visualization tool, such as Tableau preferred; ability and willingness to learn new data tools required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor and present messages to the appropriate audience
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
- Experience with ProVenue or another ticketing system preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and extra events
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Dates: This position will be seasonal full-time from March to September. Exact start date is negotiable.
